A friend sent me some pics of her kids playing in the snow last weekend at Mountain High. They drove up to the mountains with the kids and spent the day playing in the snow - while two hours away I was riding my bike on the beach! Most Southern California kids don't own winter clothes - so they run around in the snow in their old sneakers and jeans until they are soaked through! All part of the fun.
It has been raining all week and according to the Mountain High website they have 6 new inches of snow!
Let's hope the weather holds and my friends and I make it to the slopes this weekend!
