Thank you thank you thank you Ross!! I too love Ross squash. It is one of my favorite two sides at KKR. (The other is creamed spinach. You should try this sweet/salty combo.) For years I'd order a pint of each (nothing else) and take them home to enliven a boring main course. If we hadn't moved north I would still be doing that more often. Now it is only when we are back in town. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!!
